This Contract is between your business and the Sibley County Fair Board for the year 2012.
The Board will furnish a site and electricity for your booth or trailer. If water is needed you must furnish your own hoses and they will not be allowed over traffic areas. 220 volt electricity is available; however you must furnish proper power cables etc. Any addition wiring will be at your expense. Travel trailers / campers are not allowed in the concessions area or the vehicle parking area.
All concessions are subject to state inspectors. Concessions must be set up and ready for business by 10:00 AM Wednesday and cannot shut down for departure until 30 minutes after the drawing Sunday evening. Please maintain a neat and clean concession.
In the event a similar food item is offered by you and the carnival, it must be priced the same. Food concessions must be set up at least 100 feet from the carnival. All canned and bottled drinks must be purchased from the Fair Board.
Travel trailers / campers are not allowed in the concessions area or the vehicle parking area. A RV parking area with water and electricity is available for $15.00 per night.
Cost for rental space is as follows:
- First Food Item and two season passes $125.00
- Any number of additional food items $75.00
- Garbage for one food item $25.00
- Additional Garbage Fee for Additional food items $25.00
- 5% of Gross Sales (Reported Daily, but paid at fair end) (Please note: this is not available via PayPal!)
- Concessionaires will not be allowed to conduct business until you have furnished us with a Certificate of Insurance and a completed Form ST19 to HOLD YOUR PLACE AFTER SUBMITTING THIS ONLINE REGISTRATION! Your place is NOT held until we have received your Certificate of Insurance & Completed Form ST19.
All Registration and garbage fees must be paid prior to the fair. 5% of your gross sales is paid at the close of fair prior to departing the fair grounds.
