Commercial Booth Rules
All booths are 10 Ft x 10 Ft
Tables are Customer's Responsibility
Booth Rent will be $125.00 - this will include 2 Season passes
A 1 booth per customer limit this year.
Booths are not guaranteed until paid in full and verified by Commercial Booth Chairman with ST19 and proof of insurance
First come, first served - get the applications in early to lockin your booth!
Refunds are contingent on rental to another party.
Emergency refunds MAY be refunded on a case by case basis.
Doors open approximately at 10:00 AM. Close and locked at approximately 10:00 PM
Tear down Sunday approximately 9:00 pm
Fair Assn. not responsible for lost, stolen misplaced or broken items or exhibits.
Fair Assn. provides what we feel is proper police surveillance during periods that building is closed and locked.
The Fair Assn. retains the right to accept or deny individuals and businesses a booth that does not represent our policies, or principles.
Must also supply:
- Booth diagram for building 21 (Commercial Bldg) enclosed OR on back of form
- ST19 OPERATOR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE MUST BE FILLED IN AND IN OUR HANDS BEFORE WE CAN LET YOU SET UP (This is State Law)
- CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST ACCOMPANY THE ST19 (State law also)
- ST19 Form
Travel trailers / campers are not allowed in the concessions area or the vehicle parking area. A RV parking area with water and electricity is available for $15.00 per night.
